We process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG). 3. Hosting This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested) is processed in server log files, legal basis Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). As hosting involves a transfer to the USA, this is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 44 ff. GDPR). 4. Contact If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, email, message) to handle your request. Legal basis Art. 6 (1)(b)/(f) GDPR. Data submitted via the contact form is stored and processed on our behalf by Supabase, on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany (EU); a data processing agreement is in place. Data is deleted once it is no longer required. 5. Fonts This website uses self-hosted fonts (served from our own domain). No connection to third-party font providers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established, and no font-related personal data is transmitted to third parties. 6. Your rights You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
